Policies
Cancellations and no-shows
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. You can cancel online up to 24 hours ahead.
Vivids
A consultation is required before booking a vivid service. A minimum $150 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your final service total.
Pricing
Prices marked “from” depend on length, density, hair history and starting color. For vivids, final pricing and appointment time are set during your consultation.

Good questions.
Do I need a consult first?
For vivids, yes: a consultation is required before booking. For anything else it’s optional but always welcome. It’s free, takes 25 minutes, and we’ll talk through your hair history, goals and the best path forward.
My hair is long or thick. Does that change the price?
For haircuts, yes: pick the Long / Thick Hair option when booking if your hair is past your shoulders. For color, length and density are why prices start “from”.
