Five steps, no surprises.
Start with a consult
Consultations are free and take about 25 minutes. We’ll talk through your hair history, what you’re hoping for and the best path to get there. For vivids, a consult is required before booking.
Book your service
Pick a service and a time on my GlossGenius page. Vivid appointments need a minimum $150 deposit, which goes toward your final total.
Come as you are
Arrive with dry hair, styled the way you usually wear it, so I can see your texture and how it falls. Bring inspiration photos: screenshots are perfect.
Sit back
Every color service includes a shampoo, conditioning and a maintenance trim. Vivid days are long, so bring a snack, a charger and something to watch.
Take it home
Before you leave I’ll walk you through how to care for your new color and when to come back for a refresh.
Good to know
Prices marked “from” depend on length, density, hair history and starting color. I’ll confirm yours before I start, so there are no surprises at the end.
If you need to cancel, please do it at least 24 hours ahead: I charge a 30% fee for no-shows and cancellations inside that window.
